An exciting day as we are going to see Mount Fuji today! It's our 1st experience and naturally we are both so excited about it.
After breakfast, we hopped into the tour bus that brought us on a journey of about 1 hour to Oshino Hakkai Village.
We are elated when Mount Fuji appear from the window of our bus.
The village gives a feel of the simplicity and hospitality of the Japanese, with many stalls selling local delicacies in the backdrop of Mount Fuji.
And we got surprise visitors. They are just so cute and fun.
And of course, we have to just keep tasting out the some local delicacies.
After the visit to the village is done, we are transported to a nearby restaurant for our lunches. The 甲羅本店八宏園t at Gotemba a restaurant specializing in crab and Japanese cuisine. We had our relaxing meals in calm private rooms, which exude a warm atmosphere of unpainted woodwork.
And after lunch, we are off to a cruise on a Pirate Ship on Hakone Lake!!!!
Although temperature with surely about 10 degrees Celsius with the ship sailing and with strong winds, it was indeed a very wonderful experience on the cruise in the First Class cabin as provided by our tour package. Surely another must do activity when visiting Hakone Lake!
