It has been more than a decade since I last visited Hong Kong. My wife was even more excited as it was her 1st trip there.
Upon reaching the airport, we are picked up by our hosts who were waiting for us at the arrival hall and guided to our airport transfer to our hotel.
The Kowloon Hotel is a 4 stars hotel situated by much in the heart of Hong Kong city. A pretty luxurious hotel with great amenities surrounding it.
And look at our free gifts upon checking in.
The room here is alittle small I must say, comparing to all other 4 stars hotel that I have stayed at. However, understanding the property prices in Hong Kong, such is understandable. Though small but the room is still cosy.
After freshening up, we then went for our welcome dinner in the hotel restaurant.
The 9 course dinner at Loong Yat Heen Restaurant in the hotel wasn't bad at all.
And during the dinner, there were games and a specially arranged celebration for those couples celebrating their wedding anniversary this month. So thoughtful.
After dinner, we retired for a good rest for the night in anticipation of our tour activities tomorrow morning.
